Join Us Today!

£30 covers you from 1 September 2023 and allows you to attend Monday and/or Wednesday each week and exhibit at our annual November Art Fair.

 

You can have a free taster session before joining.  Once you join there is a small weekly charge per session. For certain demonstrations/workshops or model there is an additional charge.

Spring Term:

Monday 15 January to 18 March 2024 - Trinity Church

Wednesday 17 January to 20 March 2024 - St Mary's

Summer Term:

Monday 15 April to 15 July 2024 - Trinity Church

Wednesday 17 April to 24 July 2024 - St Mary's

Autumn Term:

Monday 9 September to 9 December 2024 - Trinity Church

Wednesday 11 September to 11 December 2024 - St Mary's

 

The Finchley Art Society celebrates 75 years of local artists who love to meet up every week and paint together.

You can see some of our work in the new Finchley Central cafe Boulangerie Bon Matin next to Tesco.

 

Each month a different artist will be featured on the cafe's gallery wall.

Do pop in for a coffee and view the artwork.

Members of FAS enjoyed painting bluebells with their tutor, Vera Moore.
Acrylic paint and palette knives were used to create these beautiful pictures in just two hours.

The display can be seen during July when Fellowship House is open and the room is not in use for other activities.

Lunch and Meet
Cocorico Italian Restaurant in Whetstone. 

On Tuesday, 16th November we enjoyed a celebratory lunch at the Cocorico Italian Restaurant in Whetstone. 

It was a wonderful opportunity for our Wednesday and Monday groups to meet each other and enjoy lively conversations over fine food and wine. 

After the isolation for many over the period of the Pandemic, this was a great opportunity to socialise once more and to lift our spirits. 

We look forward to many interesting events in the forthcoming months. Here are some photos of our lunch:
